"I had a very disappointing experience paul delskey. I understand that insurance agents are busy, but the complete lack of communication and guidance was unacceptable. Phone calls were never returned, and I was left trying to figure out important business insurance questions on my own.

Small business owners need an insurance agency that provides support, explains coverage, and responds when help is needed. Instead, I felt ignored. If you're looking for an insurance company that values customer service, communication, and helping small businesses succeed, this was not my experience.

I dont recommend this agency to other small business.State farm also seems to have a high claim denier."
